The Pennsylvania Supreme Court granted allocatur on two Covid-19 business income loss cases, where an en banc panel of the Superior Court overturned the summary judgment granted by the Common Pleas Court judge related to a Pittsburgh tavern and upheld the summary judgment granted by the Common Pleas Court concerning a dentist's office.
